The Hong Kong Companies Registry is responsible for the incorporation of local companies with limited and unlimited liability and the registration of non-Hong Kong companies; it is responsible for the implementation of various ordinances (mainly the Companies Ordinance). ) to register the documents required to be delivered; provide services for the public to inspect and obtain the information contained in the statutory register of the Registry, the latest information of companies registered and registered with the Registry and the image records of the registered documents; cancel the non-operating but paid registration of debt-solvent companies; and ensuring that the company and its officers comply with the relevant regulations and discharge their responsibilities.
